666 Hexes will give a refund or exchange for any items, please contact us first. Postage & packaging costs will only be refunded if item is faulty.
We do not refund or exchange items that have been worn, or altered in any way. In the case of exchanges, depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to pay for the shipping of the replacement item.
If you are returning an item that is not faulty, this must be done within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be fit for re-sale and sent via a tracked service (Royal Mail Signed For or courier, this is for your own security as if it is lost in the mail we will not be able to refund you). Please contact us asap if you would like to return or exchange an item, we are happy to help.
